“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) Restoring Hopes, Inspiring Dreams! those four words basically describe my mission in life. In all my years as a teacher, coach, or school counselor, and in my volunteer work in professional and service organizations and the faith community, I have seen great and small needs in people’s lives. I have seen people who’ve beat incredible odds to make something out of their lives. I have rubbed elbows with true heroes who’ve not only impacted those lives they’ve touched but mine as well. Welcome to my website! I hope you’ll find information within these pages to give you hope and to inspire you to dream to reach the full potential in your life! | Our society is faced more often than ever before with tragedy — whether personal, in our local communities, nationally or globally. We have created a “How to Help” section under the tab above that can give you ideas and resources on how to reach out in appropriate ways to those impacted when a crisis occurs. If a national tragedy or a tragedy with national exposure should occur, we will list important information about the tragedy under the “Breaking News” section. We will alos send more timely ideas and information via e-mail to those interested in how to help. If you would like to get the e-mail information and updates – there is no membership fee or obligation, and your information will not be given out to anyone else – just click on the “REGISTER” link at the upper right hand corner of this page. It can be something that comes from one of her books, or something of relevance regarding current news stories, or another topic of importance in all of our lives.
